Show management will always accommodate requests from dealers to set up at the show. Dealers must have at least 75% coins (currency), stamps, or both on the table.
We also allow sales of Jewelry, Ephemera, Sports Cards, Comics, etc, with prior premission as long as they do not take up more than 1/3 of the table space.
Currently the show gives exclusive sales of supplies to one dealer, so the sale of new hobby supplies are prohibited.
Tables include an electrical outlet, chairs, and a backup table for the center tables only (none on wall tables).
Only 1 dealer per table will be allowed in during set up. We do not allow dealers to split tables.
Please email us if you are interested in setting up, we will mail you a contract. All bourse fees must be paid in advance.
Note: All Vendors that set up at shows in Massachusetts are required to have a state sales tax id, and collect the state mandated 6.25% sales tax on retail sales under $1,000.
Our dealers are not allowed to buy or sell scrap gold or silver, including jewelry, flatware, dental gold, or any item other than gold and silver in coin form.
Table fees/hours for one day show:
New dealers not known to us must pay in advance. We accept PayPal. There is a $5 per table discount for payment with cash or check.
Dealers must vacate the room by 4:00 PM.

Counterfeits or replicas not marked “COPY” can not be bought or sold.
Management reserves the right to have you remove any item for sale for any reason. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the show.
