Show management will always accommodate requests from dealers to set up at the show. Dealers must have at least 75% coins (currency), stamps, or both on the table.
We also allow sales of Jewelry, Ephemera, Sports Cards, Comics, etc., with prior permission as long as they do not take up more than 1/3 of the total rented table space.
We are looking for a Coin Supply dealer to set up at our monthly shows. Contact us if you wish to sell supplies at our Devens and Auburn, MA as well as Nashua NH shows. Discounted table fees are available.
Your rented space include an electrical outlet, chairs, and a backup table (except Auburn, MA, no back up table on the wall tables only)
Only 1 dealer per table will be allowed in during set up. We do not allow dealers to split tables.
Please email us if you are interested in setting up, we will mail you a contract. All bourse fees must be paid in advance.
Note: All Vendors that set up at shows in Massachusetts are required to have a state sales tax id, and collect the state mandated 6.25% sales tax on retail sales under $1,000.
Our dealers are not allowed to buy or sell scrap gold or silver, including jewelry, flatware, dental gold, or any item other than gold and silver in coin form.
Hours and Table Fees for one day show:
New dealers not known to us must pay in advance. We accept PayPal and most credit cards. There is a $5 per table discount for payment with cash or check.
Dealers must vacate the room by 4:00 PM.

Counterfeits or replicas not marked “COPY” can not be bought or sold.
Management reserves the right to have you remove any item for sale for any reason. Failure to comply will result in immediate ejection from the show.
